CTET July 2026 Central Teacher Eligibility Test
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the 20th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The test will be conducted in 20 languages in cities across the country.
Applicability
The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UTs of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.
Exam Papers
- Paper I: For a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Stage).
- Paper II: For a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (Elementary Stage).
